- A Shoe Care Specialist (SCS) will arrive at your specified location to pick up your shoes and provide on-site consultation.
- The SCS will take your shoes and perform the services requested and return the shoes based on the turnaround time selected.
- Our SCS will return your SOLE FRESH'd kicks to you at the specified location provided.
